Most professional golfers will use golf driver with less loft than the average golfer. This is due to a higher club head speed. For most golfers a driver with 10.5 to 12 degrees of loft will give better results than a straighter faced club. Women should have at least 13 degrees of loft on their drivers. Along with this lower loft most professional golfers will use a shaft that is stiffer than one recommended for the average golfer. This is because the swing speed is higher & with the stiffer shaft there will have more control over the golf club head. Be sure to have your swing speed measured prior to buying golf clubs particularly a driver. Be sure to get the shaft & loft combination that will allow you get maximum distance as well as improved accuracy. Don’t use a shaft that is to stiff as the ball will fly lower & shorter distance than if you use the correct shaft. The same is true if the loft is too little. With the right shaft in your driver & with the correct loft for your game this will allow you to hit the ball straighter, higher as well as gain some more distance. This is what every golfer seems to want. Choosing the right golf clubs is going to allow you to play batter golf & most importantly enjoy your golf more. Ask for advice from a qualified PGA golf professional or club fitter, this will allow you to make better choice when it comes to choosing the right golf equipment for your game. Enjoy your golf.
